- Grew up in Cleveland, TN and graduated from Cleveland High School.
- Moved to Murfreesboro, TN in 2000 to attend college at Middle Tennessee State University.
- Graduated from MTSU in 2004 (BS) and 2008 (MS).
- Married with 2 kids.
- Enjoy hiking and being outdoors (especially the beach).
